France remains on high alert following a wave of terror attacks – but sources have claimed the incident is not terror related.

CNN reporter Saskya Vandoorne‏ wrote: “Police source tells me the woman threatening to use explosives is NOT terror related. Source says the woman has known psychological problems.

“No hostages. Woman claims she has explosives in her suitcase, so a bomb squad has been dispatched.”

Police said a judicial investigation would have to determine the circumstances surrounding the threat.
