It’s still cold and snowy in much of the United States, but the first signs of spring are finally starting to appear. Anyway, the trailer has everything — romance, action, tragedy, big CGI waves, Shailene Woodley using a sextant, etc. It looks like the sort of movie that will make you experience the full range of human emotion in two hours, so plan accordingly, by which I mean bring tissues and don’t schedule anything too strenuous afterward.
Adrift hits theaters on June 1.
