Meghan and Prince Harry have already made it clear they do not wish to share Baby Sussex’s hotly anticipated arrival with the world. The royal couple have instead announced plans to keep details of the birth private. Now some royal fans are convinced the baby has already arrived after Kate and William were spotted going into Frogmore Cottage over the weekend.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge attendance at the Sussexes’ new abode on Easter Sunday was especially significant as it was a day they were scheduled to spend with the rest of the Royal Family to mark the Christian holy day and the Queen’s 93rd birthday.
Therefore Kate and William’s presence at the Grade II-listed bolthole has raised eyebrows in royalist circles, with some speculating they were there to visit the new baby.
Of the impromptu get together, during which the royals were said to enjoy a cup of tea, a source told BAZAAR: “William and Catherine visited because Meghan was unable to attend the service.
“They wanted to be supportive and see how she is doing. It was a lovely afternoon.”
Another insider, allegedly a friend of Meghan’, said: “Meg and Harry are really settled in now.
“It’s truly a lovely home and they have done such a great job with the space.
“So much light and positive energy.
“I couldn’t think of a better place to start a family.”
During the gathering the so-called Fab Four were said to chat for about half an hour and Kate was said to have asked Harry extend an “olive branch” to William.
A palace source told The Daily Mirror: “The Duchess and Harry have developed a very close bond over the years.
“Kate is acutely aware of the importance of William and Harry getting along, not just because of perception but their collective responsibility to the monarchy as a whole.
“Harry has acted as counsel to his brother throughout William and Kate’s more turbulent years, and the three of them had gone on to form the most tremendous partnership.”
