It will be sectional championship Friday for local boys’ soccer teams.

Winners of Friday’s games will play in the state semifinals next week.

Here’s a preview of the South Jersey title games:

S.J. Group 1

Matchup: No. 2 Schalick (19-2-1) at No. 1 Audubon (15-4-2)

Coaches: Kerry Hars, Schalick; Bill Scully, Audubon

How they got here: Schalick: No. 15 Salem (6-0), No. 10 Clayton (1-0), No. 6 Pennsville (2-0); Audubon: No. 8 Gateway (4-1), No. 5 Woodstown (3-1)

Key players: Schalick-Nya Salmon (Soph.), Lauren Bone (Sr.); Audubon-Emily Owens (Soph.), Qunci Bantle (Soph.)

The pick: Schalick has been impressive all season long, losing only one game since Sept. 8. They’ve outscored opponents 9-0 in the playoffs thus far but Audubon is also the toughest competition they have faced so far. It’s going to be a tight affair, but with the Cougars possessing three double-digit scorers, it might prove too much for the Green Wave. Schalick 2-1

S.J. Group 2

Matchup: No. 7 Cinnaminson (12-7-1) at No. 1 Delsea (20-1-1)

Coaches: Brandon Bond, Cinnaminson; Misty Russo, Delsea

How they got here: Cinnaminson: No. 10 Pemberton (1-0), No. 2 Haddonfield (1-0), No. 3 Haddon Heights (1-0); No. 16 Manchester Township (4-0), No. 9 Middle Township (4-0), No. 5 West Deptford (4-2)

Key players: Cinnaminson-Maddie Ogden (Sr.), Emma Fuegel (Soph.); Delsea-Peyton Gilmore (Soph.), Brianna Russo (Jr.)

The pick: Nobody expected Cinnaminson to be here, and yet with two upsets in earlier rounds, here the Pirates are to defend their South Jersey Group 2 title. But Group 2 newcomer Delsea looks poised to spoil the repeat party and bolster a high-powered offense that Maddie Ogden has to slow down for Cinnaminson. Delsea 3-1

S.J. Group 3

Matchup: No. 3 Toms River South (13-3-3) at No. 1 Moorestown (18-4)

Coaches: John Crowley, Toms River South; Bill Mulvihill, Moorestown

How they got here: Toms River South: No. 14 Timber Creek (4-1), No. 11 Seneca (3-2), No. 2 Mainland (3-2); Moorestown: No. 16 Hammonton (4-1), No. 9 Cherry Hill West (1-0), No. 5 Ocean City (5-0)

Key players: Toms River South-Alyia Canfield (Sr.), Hannah Olexa (Jr.); Moorestown- Rylee Brown (Sr.), Grace Hurren (Jr.)

The pick: Moorestown proved the almost upset by Cherry Hill West in the quarterfinals was nothing more than a blip on the radar. The Quakers steamrolled defending sectional champ Ocean City to reach the final. Toms River South has racked up a few titles in recent years but Moorestown should prove too strong of an opponent. Moorestown 2-1

S.J. Group 4

Matchup: No. 3 Shawnee (18-2-3) at No. 1 Eastern (23-2)

Coaches: Drew Wagner, Shawnee; Jamie McGroarty, Eastern

How they got here: Shawnee: No. 14 Cherry Hill East (1-0), No. 6 Toms River North (3-0), No. 10 Kingsway (2-1); Eastern: No. 16 Lenape (2-0), No. 9 Jackson Memorial (5-0), No. 4 Washington Township (2-0)

Key players: Shawnee-Brooke Steel (Soph.), Alexa Endres (Jr.); Eastern-Kelli McGroarty (Soph.), Riley Tiernan (Soph.)

The pick: The two best South Jersey programs get to do battle on one of the biggest stages and is sure to be an instant classic. In three previous contests this season, Eastern has the edge 2-1, however each game has been decided by a goal apiece. Expect more of the same in this one, but Eastern’s young and talented core should be enough to grab the win. Eastern 2-1 (OT)
