Hartford Heritage Society hosting antique auto show

HARTFORD — The Hartford Heritage Society will host an Antique Auto Show from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25, at the J & O Irish Museum, Route 140. Rain date is Aug. 26.

Anyone with an antique auto is invited to attend. There is no registration fee and each entry will receive a homemade jelly and relish. Best of Show will take home a basket of homemade goodies. 

The musical group Derailed, featuring Greg Bessey of Hebron and Ben Hampton of Sumner on guitar, Bob Stewart of Sumner of fiddle, Wayne Strout of Sumner on base and Janet Hampton of Sumner of percussion, will entertain.

There will be tours of the museum.

Light lunches will be for sale and free ice cream sundaes.
