Representatives from the two countries signed the deals in Phnom Penh on Monday in the presence of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina and her Cambodian counterpart Hun Sen.
The two prime ministers held a private meeting before the signing and the delegations from the two countries sat for bilateral talks.
In a joint speech after the signing, Hasina and Hun said they hoped to deepen the relationship between the two countries.
The MoUs include cooperation in tourism, information and communication technology, institutional cooperation under the Joint Trade Council, collaboration in implementation of sustainable development goals, academic cooperation between the Bangladesh Institute of International and Strategic Studies and the International Relations Institute of Cambodia, collaboration in the preservation of war history, war monuments and war relics, cooperation in aquaculture and fisheries and labour and training and promotion of investment between Bangladesh Investment Development Authority and the Council for the Development of Cambodia.
The agreement signed by the two countries agrees to accelerate cooperation between the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry and the Cambodia Chamber of Commerce.
