Aid Workers Evacuate Critically Ill from Rebel Enclave in Syria

Aid workers evacuated close to 200 people, including critically ill patients and family members, from a rebel-held Damascus suburb on Tuesday, after a weekslong assault on the area by Syrian regime forces left hospitals in ruins and the health care system severely degraded.
